Operating from our modern production facility here in Yorkshire UK and in Belgium , LGS Manufacturing boasts state-of-the-art Howick framing machines, CNC press, and a 5-axis CNC cutting machine. Design data is seamlessly transferred from our software to these

machines, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

We are proud to operate with an environmentally responsible approach, as our manufacturing process is zero waste to landfill. Any steel offcuts or process waste are fully recycled, reflecting

Assemble

Once manufactured on our framing machines, LGS Manufacturing offers two assembly options to suit your project's needs. Firstly, your building or structure can be provided as a self-assembly

kit, allowing you to assemble it on your site. Secondly, we can supply panelized or pre-assembled panels that are ready for installation on your site. With each delivery, we provide all the necessary fixings and an instruction pack for self-assembly.

Our assembly solutions are designed for efficiency and ease of installation, ensuring that your project progresses smoothly and without unnecessary delays.

Installation

Intelligent Steel has cultivated long-standing relationships with installation partners across the UK. Our Light Gauge Steel (LSF) components are lightweight, inert, and waste-free during

installation, making them suitable for most weather conditions. Detailed assembly drawings are provided, making installation simple and quick. Your installation team or one of our approved

installers can carry out the process efficiently.
